Arran McCaffery is the young founder of AM Media and a 15-year-old motorsport marshal known as ‘@the.cadet.marshal’ on social media – while co-hosting on the ‘From The Banking Podcast’. His journey reflects a lifelong passion for motorsport and an unwavering dedication to delivering news and race reports across British motorsport, ranging from the BTCC down to club racing at Knockhill.

How Can I Get Involved In Marshalling?

Getting involved is easy as pie! Simply reach out to your local track via email or phone and ask for the chief marshals email address, once you’ve got their email, drop them a quick email asking if you can come along for a taster day at the next race meeting. To prepare for your first meeting get your marshals license go to https://motorsportuk.org/volunteers/marshals/ and order a log book and a marshals tabard online – both for completely free!
